Poultry has become in recent years, thanks to the changing health-conscious people, an important part of the nutrition. The increased demand for meat in particular has led to an increase in production.

Broiler


The per capita consumption of broiler meat has increased in  recent years. Poultry meat is rich in quality protein, it contains a balanced fatty acid pattern, numerous vitamins and, in contrast    to the example of pork a low energy content.
This consumption is due to increased demand of the consumer     for low fat but still tender and juicy meat. Changes in demand led to an increased production of broiler meat.

Layers
